No, that's correct. Your entities are part of Unicode; the entities Chuck
Evans gave are undefined, both under Unicode and under ISO-8859.
(In theory, all browsers that are compatible with HTML 4.0 or later can
render Unicode characters, though in practice your mileage may vary. But
doesn't it always.)
